What is the airport's booking identifier?
Use LSE when booking.
How early should I arrive at the airport for my flight?
We recommend passengers arrive at the La Crosse Regional Airport at least 60-90 minutes prior to their scheduled departure time.
Can I park my vehicle at the airport?
The airport has ample pay parking available for passengers.
Can I drop off or pick up people in front of the terminal?
Yes.  There are designated areas in front of the terminal for active loading and unloading of passengers.  Please do not wait in front of the terminal unless you are actively loading or unloading, there is a courtesy cell phone lot available on Airport Road or you can park in the pay lot to meet your passengers in the building.  Unattended or unauthorized vehicles will be ticketed and/or towed.
Can I bring liquids in my checked baggage?
Yes.  However, carryon liquids are limited to 3.4 ounce bottles or less and all liquids must fit in a single 1 quart-sized clear plastic zip-top bag.  Each passenger is limited to 1 bag.  Additional information is available on the TSA's website at http://www.tsa.gov/311/index.shtm
What can I bring with me on my flight?

I am traveling with an infant; can I bring my baby's formula/breast milk?

I am disabled or have a medical condition, how will the security process work for me?

Can I rent a car at the airport?
Yes, Avis/Budget, Hertz, National/Alamo, and Enterprise are all conveniently located in the terminal building.
How many bags can I check in?
Luggage policies vary by each airline.  Check www.aa.com for American Airlines information or www.delta.com for Delta Airlines information.
How can I contact the Airport Administration office?
You can reach the Airport Administration office from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm M-F at (608) 789-7464.
Where is the airport located?
The La Crosse Airport is conveniently located on Interstate 90 exit 2 on French Island.  Please visit the Ground Transportation page for detailed map.
When does the airport terminal building open?
The building is opened at least 2 hours prior to the first scheduled morning departure.
Does my child need an ID to fly?
Children under 18 years of age generally are not required to present identification; however, each airline may have their own policies and you are encouraged to check with your respective airline.
Can I get on the internet while at the airport?
Yes!  The La Crosse Regional Airport offers FREE WiFi, simply look for LSE-WiFi.
I left something at the airport, who should I contact for lost and found?
If your item was left at the airport you can contact the airport administration offices at (608) 789-7464.  If your item was left on an aircraft you will need to contact the airline directly.
I tried to use LAX when booking an airline ticket which was for Los Angeles, what is La Crosse's identifier?
LAX has traditionally been used by the City of La Crosse for public works signs.  LSE is the La Crosse Airport identifier to be used when booking tickets.
